1 tbsp diced red onion
1/2 teaspoon Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
1 packet Sweet Leaf stevia
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon fresh minced Italian Parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup baby leaf arugula

2 cups baby leaf arugula
Mix all ingredients except the baby leaf arugula in a large mixing bowl, cover, & let chill.
When about to serve, mix in the baby leaf arugula.
