I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for twenty years now, and I’ve seen fads come and go throughout the years. One thing that never gets old is the lifestyle. many of us who truly live the lifestyle of clean eating, exercise, and proper rest know and feel the benefits of such a way of life. I feel as fast, as strong, and as young as I did twenty years ago when I began working in this industry. In fact, I’m faster and stronger. There are definitely more responsibilities and stresses in my life at this point, but being physically fit provides me with the endurance and energy to keep myself sharp and not be overwhelmed with mental fatigue. I have many things that I would like to accomplish, and this lifestyle provides me with the fuel to do so. When one feels great all the time, and one is not restricted by his or her own body, one can do so much more with that energy. So make this a lifestyle! Clean eating, exercise, and proper rest- every day! Your body really will thank you.
