The Caesar Ingredients:

  • 1 cup baby leaf Romaine Lettuce or Arugula
  • 1 cup baby leaf spinach
  • 1/2 sliced cucumber
  • 2 hardboiled egg whites, 1 yolk (women,) 4 egg whites, 1 yolk (men)
  • 1 tbsp shaved Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Caesar Dressing

 

The Ginger and Sesame Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 cup baby leaf spinach
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper
  • diced grilled chicken (3 oz. for women, 6 oz. for men)
  • 2 tbsp Bragg organic Ginger and Sesame Dressing

 

The Fiesta Ingredients:

  • 2 cups baby leaf spinach
  • 2 tbsp organic black beans
  • 1 tbsp salsa
  • diced grilled chicken (3 oz. for women, 6 oz. for men)
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheddar
  • 1 Sabra or Wholly Guacamole mini
  • fresh squeezed 1/4 lemon, 1/4 lime

 

Instructions:

  • Add ingredients to a wide mouth mason jar.
  • Shake contents thoroughly.
  • Eat and enjoy your Summer salad variety!
