- 1/2 cup dry, organic oven toasted quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 5.3 ounces Two Good Greek Yogurt
- Mix the ingredients in a mason jar.
- Refrigerate overnight.
