Overnight Oats



  • 1/2 cup dry, organic oven toasted quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 5.3 ounces Two Good Greek Yogurt



  • Mix the ingredients in a mason jar.
  • Refrigerate overnight.


This recipe may be used for Meals 1, 2, or 3, (9AM, 12NOON, 3PM,) on the Remedy Recipes Book format.

Portions: Women: 1 mason jar / Men: 2 mason jars
