JALEPENO CHILI

INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds organic ground beef 2 fifteen ounce cans organic black beans 1 and 1/2 1.25 ounce organic chili seasoning mix packets 1/4 cup minced onion 3 tbsp diced jalapeño peppers 1 fifteen ounce can organic tomato sauce   INSTRUCTIONS: Spray olive oil spray into a large cooking pot and heat on medium. Sauté beef and 1 packet chili seasoning mix on medium heat. When beef is browned, add 1/2 packet of chili seasoning. Add minced onion, diced jalapeño peppers, and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir frequently while simmering. Add black beans and red sauce and stir in. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!!!   This recipe can be a protein for Meals 2, 3, or 4 on the Remedy Recipes book format. FIESTA SALAD

INGREDIENTS: 1 lb ground organic grass-fed beef 1/2 oz. organic mild 30 % less sodium taco seasoning (1/2 1 oz. packet) 1 diced avocado 2 tbsp diced chives or scallions 2 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp shredded cheddar 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce Siete Grain Free Tortilla Chips w/ Squeeze of Lime     INSTRUCTIONS: Spray olive oil spray evenly on a pan and heat to medium heat. Thoroughly cook the ground beef in the pan until browned. Add the taco seasoning and stir in as the ground beef cooks for 2 additional minutes. Place the shredded lettuce and diced avocado on a plate and gently toss. In accordance with the portions listed below, place the ground beef onto the shredded lettuce. INGREDIENTS: KETO Cheesecake Crust: 2 cups crushed roasted and salted cashews, (blended finely) 5/8 cup melted organic butter KETO Eggnog Cheesecake Filling: 2 cups cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 3 large organic eggs 3/4 cup superfine monkfruit 1- 1 1/2 tbsp  ground cinnamon (1-mild / 1 1/2-strong) 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1/2-full teaspoon ground nutmeg (1/2-mild / full-strong) 1 tbsp rum extract   INSTRUCTIONS: KETO Cheesecake Crust: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Boneless Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, (preferably organic) 1 teaspoon minced organic garlic 2 teaspoons hickory smoke seasoning, (we use Savory Spice Red Rock Hickory Smoke.) 3 tablespoons Red Duck organic smoky ketchup 2 tablespoons Sir Kensington organic mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar pinch of sea salt and organic black pepper   INSTRUCTIONS: Mix the garlic, ketchup, mayo, vinegar, hickory seasoning, sea salt, and pepper. Transfer the chicken thighs into a glassware baking dish. Pour the mixture over the chicken, and stir, thoroughly coating each thigh. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, (overnight is preferable.) Preheat charcoal grill to high heat. INGREDIENTS: one pound of pureed sushi-grade tuna 1 mashed or pureed avocado 1 tbsp Sriracha 1 tbsp Sir Kensington’s Organic Mayo a drizzle of organic Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos Microgreens, sprouts, or chives for garnish (optional) tbsp of Roe, (Nigiri or Masago,) for traditional garnish   INSTRUCTIONS: Puree sushi-grade tuna, Sriracha, and organic mayo until fine. Puree avocado until creamy. Form a lower level circle of pureed tuna Form a middle level of pureed avocado Form an upper level of pureed tuna Add garnish. ZUCCHINI PLANKS

INGREDIENTS: 1 medium organic zucchini sliced into planks. 2 organic eggs 5 tbsp organic shredded coconut 2 tbsp organic flaxseed meal 2 tbsp organic oregano pinch of organic black pepper pinch of organic iodized salt organic olive oil spray INSTRUCTIONS: Crack 2 eggs in a medium bowl and whisk. Mix the dry coconut, flaxseed meal, oregano, salt, and pepper in a separate medium bowl. Spray olive oil on a small or medium pan and heat on medium. Dip the zucchini planks in the egg one by one. Dip the zucchini planks in the dry mixture, coating as evenly as possible. Place planks in the pan, one or two at a time. Cook for 2.5 minutes on one side, and 2.5 minutes on the other. Roasted Fennel

Photo by: simplyrecipes.com INGREDIENTS: 3 large Fennel bulbs 1 teaspoon iodized salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder 3 tbsp olive oil INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Maintaining the bulb, slice off the stalks of the Fennel. Slice the Fennel bulb in half. Slice into half-inch slices. Place the sliced Fennel into a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, iodized salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and toss until evenly coated. Spread the Fennel on a baking sheet pan, leaving space between each slice. Roast the Fennel for 20 minutes, turn each piece over, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Fantastic Father’s Day Beef Burgers

  INGREDIENTS: 1 pound organic grass-fed ground beef 1 tbsp organic paprika 1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper 1/4 teaspoon organic cayenne pepper 1/4 cup minced dried onion   INSTRUCTIONS: Mix ingredients evenly and create burger patties. (Tip: We create our burger patties to be one ounce larger than the ready-to-eat burger, because the burger will slightly reduce in size when it’s being grilled.) Grill on a medium flame for 6-8 minutes, flipping burger occasionally, usually every 2 minutes. INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds organic ground turkey 1 1/2 tbsp 100% pure sesame oil 4 diced chives 1 teaspoon organic ground ginger   INSTRUCTIONS: Mix the ingredients in a large mixing bowl Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Evenly spray organic olive oil spray into a large glassware dish. INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 pounds of sea bass filet 2 tbsp olive oil 2 teaspoons organic Herbes de Provence 1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper pinch of sea salt 3 slices Pancetta, cooked to a crisp and diced. 1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper 1 tbsp diced red onion 2 tbsp minced Italian Parsley 1 tbsp organic butter   INSTRUCTIONS: Mix the diced Pancetta, diced roasted red pepper, diced red onion, and Italian Parsley together in a bowl. In a large mixing bowl, evenly coat the sea bass with the olive oil, Herbes de Provence, black pepper, and sea salt. Heat grill, (charcoal or gas,) to medium heat. Arugula Shrimp Over Spiraled Zucchini

INGREDIENTS: 2 cups spiraled zucchini 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 3 cups baby leaf arugula, torn into pieces 1/4 cup diced shallots 1 tbsp minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper flakes 1/4 cup olive oil 1 cup dry white wine a pinch of sea salt INSTRUCTIONS: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, shallots, and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the white wine, and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink. Heat the spiraled zucchini in a large bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Drain the excess water from the bow. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup cooked organic brown rice 1 cup cooked organic quinoa 2 cups organic baby leaf spinach 1 package Trader Joe’s Balsamic Grilled Chicken, (shredded) 1/4 teaspoon organic dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon organic Italian seasoning 1/4 cup dried minced onion 1 tbsp olive oil     INSTRUCTIONS: Cook the brown rice, quinoa, and 1 tbsp olive oil in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes. While the brown rice and quinoa are cooking, shred the Trader Joe’s Balsamic Grilled Chicken, and place it aside. Pumpkin-Butternut Soup

  INGREDIENTS: one 15 ounce can organic pumpkin puree two 20 ounce packages of cubed butternut squash one diced white onion 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 2 tbsp lightly dried Parsley 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 32 ounce container of organic vegetable broth or chicken broth INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a large glassware dish with olive oil spray. Place the cubed 40 ounces of butternut squash and diced onion in the glassware dish. Evenly sprinkle the dried Parsley, Parmesan, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes over the butternut squash and diced onion. Stir thoroughly and mix in the seasonings. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup organic baby leaf spinach 1/2 cup organic shredded red cabbage 6 frozen organic asparagus spears, (snapped into pieces) 1 tbsp organic almond butter 1/2 teaspoon ground organic ginger  Orgain with Greens Protein Powder, (Women: 1 scoop/ Men: 2 scoops) 6 ounces unsweetened almond milk, 6 ounces filtered water 12 small ice cubes, (I use filtered water to make ice cubes.)   INSTRUCTIONS: Place all the ingredients in a blender. GRILLED GINGER THIGHS

Ingredients: 1 1/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1 tbsp organic minced ginger 3 tbsp Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos Sauce 3 tbsp Bragg Organic Ginger and Sesame Dressing and Marinade 4 tbsp Kikkoman 100% Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 teaspoon organic minced garlic 2 tbsp diced scallion Instructions: Whisk the ginger, coconut aminos, dressing, sesame oil, and garlic together in a large mixing bowl. Toss the chicken thighs thoroughly in the marinade mixture of ingredients. Refrigerate overnight, (or at least let stand in refrigerator for 15 minutes.) Set grill to medium-high. Grill for 15 minutes, flipping at 7 and 1/2 minutes. Spoon the marinade mixture over the thighs as they cook. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees.     Ingredients: 14 oz. package of imitation crab, (Alaska Pollock) 1 lemon, (squeezed juice) 1/2 lime, (squeezed juice) 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup minced scallion 1 diced avocado 1 sliced English Cucumber, (circles)   Instructions: Dice or shred the Pollack into small pieces in a medium mixing bowl. Add the squeezed lemon and lime, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, scallion, and avocado. Thoroughly mix the ingredients together in the bowl. Cannellini Stir-Fry

Ingredients: 15 ounce can of organic Cannellini beans 12 ounce package of organic string beans 1 diced organic green bell pepper 1 diced organic red bell pepper 1 diced small white onion 2 teaspoons 100% pure sesame oil olive oil spray Instructions: Add the string beans to a pot of boiling water and boil for 1 minute. Ingredients: 1 pound of fresh Tuna Steak 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 Tbsp Sir Kensington’s Avocado Mayo 1 Tbsp McIlhenny Co. Tabasco Brand Sriracha 1 sliced lime for garnish or squeezing.   Instructions: Heat grill to medium heat. Mix 1 Tbsp Sir Kensington’s Avocado Mayo with 1 Tbsp McIlhenny Co. (Usually 2 medium Bronzino per pound.) 1 tbsp Borsari All Natural Citrus Blend Seasoning 2 lemons, (one sliced, one fresh squeezed into a small bowl) 3 Tbsp olive oil     Instructions: Note: Bronzino is cooked whole, not filleted. Mix  1 Tbsp Borsari Citrus Seasoning, juice of one fresh squeezed lemon, and 3 Tbsps of olive oil in a small bowl and gently whisk. Heat grill to low-medium heat, (or with wood charcoal evenly spread.) Place sliced lemon rounds inside the sliced Bronzino. INGREDIENTS:  1 cup Vanilla TWO GOOD Greek Yogurt 2 Tablespoons of Organic Natural Peanut Butter 2 Tablespoons of Lily’s chocolate chips Instructions: Mix the ingredients in a large mixing cup. Pour into muffin tin, about halfway into 8 spaces. Place muffin tin in freezer for one hour.     This recipe may be used as a Meal 5 snack on the Remedy Recipes book format. Portions: Women, 1 frozen yogurt treat / Men, 2 frozen yogurt treats. I’ve had a few requests for a new Meal 5 snack recipe, so I thought this would be a nice idea for the approaching warmer weather of the Spring and Summer months. Spicy LENTils

Photo by: cadryskitchen.com INGREDIENTS: 1 cup brown lentils 1/4 cup jalapeños, (diced) 1 medium white onion, (diced) 1/4 cup mushrooms, (diced) 1 and 1/2 cups string beans (diced) 2 stalks celery (diced) 2 Tbsp minced garlic 2 cups low sodium vegetable broth 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 2 Tbsp minced parsley 2 Tbsp olive oil   INSTRUCTIONS: Heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil in a large pot on medium heat. Add the diced onion, celery, and mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and  sauté for 2 minutes. Add the lentils, jalapeños, string beans, vegetable broth, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Raise heat to medium-high and cook for 5 minutes, occasionally stirring. Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Psyllium Husk 1/2 cup almond meal, (or shredded unsweetened coconut) 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs, (any herbs or spices that you prefer) 1 cup hot water, (just pre-boiled) Instructions: Mix the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Flatten, and shape into 2 round pitas on a baking sheet. Bake at 35o degrees for 23-25 minutes. Allow the pitas time to cool. Ingredients: 2 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 3 whole eggs Trader Joe’s “Everything But The Bagel Seasoning” Items That You Will Need: A glassware bread dish Nature’s Promise Olive Oil Spray A large measuring cup Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the Flaxseed Meal, unsweetened shredded coconut, & 3 whole eggs in a large measuring cup. Spray the glassware dish with olive oil spray. Pour the mixture in the glassware dish.
