Remedy Recipes Oats & Protein Muffins

Ingredients:
– 8 packets of instant oatmeal (or 2 cups instant oatmeal)
– 1 and 1/2 cups Egg Whites (from carton)
– 4 whole eggs
– 1/4 cup Baking Blend Truvia
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 
Instructions:
– Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
– Mix ingredients & place evenly in a large muffin baking tray.
– Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
– Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
This recipe makes exactly 8 muffins. The Remedy Recipes Oats & Protein Muffins may be used in Meals 1, 2, & 3 on the Remedy Recipes book format. Serving size: 1 muffin for women, 2 muffins for men.
