Remedy Results BBQ’d Bison Burger

Ingredients:

* 1 pound Grass-fed Ground Bison
* 1/4 cup minced onion, (sautéed)
* 1/4 cup minced fresh Parsley
* 1 tbsp Old Bay

Remedy Toast & Toppings

* 2 slices of Remedy Toast
* 1/2 cup baby leaf spinach
* 1 tbsp low sugar organic ketchup
* 2 Woodstock sliced organic Kosher Dill Pickles, (chips)

Instructions:

* Mix the ingredients evenly and create burger patties.
(Tip: We create our burgers to be one ounce larger than the ready-to-eat burger, because the
burger will slightly reduce in size when it’s being grilled.)
* Grill on medium flame for 6-8 minutes, flipping burger occasionally, usually every 2 minutes.

Pre-make REMEDY TOAST:

REMEDY TOAST recipe from May, 2019. You may double or triple this recipe for a larger batch.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 whole eggs
Trader Joe’s “Everything But The Bagel Seasoning”

Items That You Will Need:
A glassware bread dish
Nature’s Promise Olive Oil Spray
A large measuring cup

Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix the Flaxseed Meal, unsweetened shredded coconut, & 3 whole eggs in a large measuring cup.
Spray the glassware dish with olive oil spray.
Pour the mixture in the glassware dish.
Top the mixture evenly with “Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.”
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove glassware dish from oven and allow 5 minutes to cool.
Slice down the middle into two pieces.
Slice those 2 pieces down the middle. (The recipe makes 4 slices of Remedy Toast.)
Toast the slices in a conventional toaster.
You’re ready to make your Remedy Toast sandwich!

Helpful tip:
After toasting the Remedy Toast, place the 1/2 cup of baby leaf spinach on the bottom slice. Next, add your bison burger, & top it with low sugar organic ketchup & 2 dill pickle chips. That’s all you need! Take a bite of your tasty Remedy Results BBQ’d Bison Burger & savor the flavor of the burger on that toasted Everything But the Bagel Seasoned Remedy Toast, the sweetness of the low sugar ketchup, & the perfect crunch of the dill pickle chips!!! Remedy Toast has made my Summer BBQ’s so much more enjoyable with every bite!!!

Portions: Women: 3 oz. Bison Burger, Men: 6 oz. Bison Burger

You may use this recipe as a Meal 4 on the Remedy Recipes format. You may also add a side of 1 cup of grilled vegetables, & a green salad.
If you would like this recipe at Meals 2 or 3, you may have grilled sweet potato, (lightly coated with olive oil & cinnamon or black pepper, & cut into long fries. / 1 large sweet potato for men, 1/2 large sweet potato for women. A large sweet potato is 8 oz. Another option is Terra Sweet Potato Chips: 17 chips for women, 28 chips for men. Perfect for Summer BBQ’s!)
