- 2 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3 whole eggs
- Trader Joe’s “Everything But The Bagel Seasoning”
Items That You Will Need:
- A glassware bread dish
- Nature’s Promise Olive Oil Spray
- A large measuring cup
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix the Flaxseed Meal, unsweetened shredded coconut, & 3 whole eggs in a large measuring cup.
- Spray the glassware dish with olive oil spray.
- Pour the mixture in the glassware dish.
- Top the mixture evenly with “Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.”
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove glassware dish from oven and allow 5 minutes to cool.
- Slice down the middle into two pieces.
- Slice those 2 pieces down the middle. (The recipe makes 4 slices of Remedy Toast.)
- Toast the slices in a conventional toaster.
- You’re ready to make your Remedy Toast sandwich!
Portion: 2 slices for women/ 4 slices for men
This recipe may be used for Meals 1, 2, 3, or 4 on the Remedy Recipes format.
Just multiply the ingredients if you’d like to make larger amounts of REMEDY TOAST.

- 3 oz. tuna salad with baby leaf spinach & roasted red pepper
- 3 oz. chicken salad with baby leaf spinach & roasted red pepper
- Egg salad, (2 whites, 1 yolk) with baby leaf spinach & a slice of Swiss, provolone, or cheddar
- 3 oz. grilled chicken with baby leaf spinach & roasted red pepper & canola mayo
- 3 oz. Nature’s Promise grass-fed ground beef burger topped with low sugar ketchup, 1 slice cheddar, & sautéed onions
- 3 oz. Nature’s Promise Mild Italian chicken sausage with roasted red & green peppers
- Bacon, Egg, & Cheese: 1 cooked strip of Nature’s Promise Bacon, 2 egg whites, 1 yolk scrambled, & 1 slice cheddar

- 6 oz. tuna salad with baby leaf spinach & roasted red pepper

There’s nothing like a good sandwich!!! It’s something that I’ve missed for many years now. There’s just something about biting into the combination of flavors in a sandwich that’s completely different than having the items separately or in a salad. This simple creation of mine is the perfect combination of ingredients that forms a low-carb, no-flour bread that’s best when toasted in a conventional toaster. We hope that you thoroughly enjoy it.
